Vialux is out on Google Play
The potion puzzle is on Android. The iPhone version is in review at Apple.
Vialux has 450 levels, each one an order, a book of 90 recipes and an Order of the Day that is the same for everyone. The game works offline. You can get it on Google Play. The iPhone version will appear on the App Store after Apple's review.
