How do I cancel a subscription?
If you subscribed in a game, the store where you bought it manages the subscription. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Turn it off at least 24 hours before the period ends.
I paid but didn't get the item
Write to us with the game name, your device and roughly when you made the purchase.
How do I delete my data?
In Bunway you can do it in the game, under «My data». For any game, email hello@demda.pro. Details are on the data deletion page.
